But Rule of Rose, Haunting Ground, and Kuon are reaching 300+. The story of Rule Of Rose is actually a very compelling puzzle to be solved, and quite worthy of interest (in my humble opinion). The Haunting Ground story never seemed worthy of my interest: it was just a context for the action. The greatness of Rule of Rose is not in its gameplay anyway. Neither protagonist of the two games is a powerful fighter, it is true, and often it is better to run away, but there is no "fear effect" in Rule of Rose, as there is in Haunting Ground. One uses a pet dog in both cases, but the use of them is different. Jake Paul says Spence vs Crawford is a done deal. I've played both games and the similarities are only superficial. The story surrounds a group of young girls who exist on their own terms, living in a dilapidated orphanage called Rose Garden, which is dominated by a group of girls who call themselves the Aristocracy of the Red Crayon. Rule of Rose Like Haunting Ground, in Rule of Rose, you have a dog helping you throughout your journey.
I suppose this is nice if you're a Haunting Ground fan, but the game's game play looks alot like Haunting Ground so it doesn't a seem it'll have alot to offer. I've noticed a strong simalarity between Haunting Ground and Rule of Rose, It seems the two games are alot alike.
